Enterprise event creation & management

The Event Management module was one of the platform's most business-critical products. Outdated interactions, complex workflows, and poor information architecture created friction for NGO administrators and volunteers, ultimately affecting client confidence.

I led the redesign end-to-end, from discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and developer handoff. The outcome was a scalable workflow that simplified event creation while remaining flexible enough for diverse organizational needs.
